💰 Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 (DOE) + Private Healthcare + 28 Days Holiday
We are working exclusively with a highly creative, forward-thinking design studio to recruit a Senior Projects Director – a pivotal role in bringing bold, visionary concepts to life.
This studio is led by an exceptional designer and entrepreneur, known for securing high-profile clients and pushing creative boundaries. Now, they need a dynamic, strategic leader to take those ideas, build the right teams, and deliver outstanding projects.

What You’ll Do
✔ Oversee and manage multiple high-end design projects from concept to completion
✔ Assemble and lead top-tier design teams, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
✔ Work closely with the founder and clients, turning creative visions into reality
✔ Maintain high design standards while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
✔ Solve problems with agility, confidence, and emotional intelligence in a fast-moving environment
